We handle privately funded repairs as well as work carried out as part of an insurance claim. Where applicable, the repair may be settled directly with the insurer. The exact process depends on the claim documentation, the insurer's acceptance of liability and the terms of the policy.
If you already have a claim reference, an estimate or photographs of the damage, send them to us when you first get in touch. You do not need to wait until every document is available, however. We can begin with a description of the incident and arrange an inspection of the vehicle.

HOW MUCH DOES A COLLISION REPAIR COST AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
There is no single price or standard timescale for a collision repair. The cost depends on factors including the extent of the damage, the condition of structural components, the number of parts that need to be repaired or replaced, the amount of refinishing required, parts availability and the need for mechanical or electronic diagnostics.
Photographs can help us provide an initial assessment, but the exact scope of work can only be confirmed after an inspection and, for more complex damage, after dismantling. Once the vehicle has been assessed, we explain the next steps and provide an estimated completion time.
WHAT SHOULD YOU HAVE READY?
The basic details are enough to get started: the make, model and year of the vehicle, a short description of the incident and photographs of the damage. If the claim has already been reported, it is also helpful to provide the claim reference, the insurer's name and any estimate you have received. You can still book an inspection if these documents are not yet available.
